You will lead full-cycle development, migrate listings, and deploy a go-live with zero downtime. The ideal candidate has strong WordPress/custom theme and plugin experience, plus migration and multilingual setup skills, and is comfortable working on a cutting-edge real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in WordPress (custom theme/plugin development).
• Proven experience in website migration projects.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with multilingual setups (WPML/Polylang or similar).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build a custom high-performance WordPress website (SEO-first).
• Migrate existing property listings to the new site without data loss.
• Implement multilingual framework and geo-based personalization for regional content.
• Ensure correct URL mappings, redirects, and data structures for SEO.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and overall site performance; setup caching/CDN.
