Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a complex clinical or healthcare administrative role.
• Experience with VA scheduling systems and EHR tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist and administrative duties including scheduling and customer service.
• Coordinate Community Care consults from intake to completion.
• Schedule appointments accurately using VA scheduling systems.
• Review active/pending consults and waiting lists for accuracy.
• Support clinic access plans by adjusting appointments and coordinating alternatives.
• Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive information per HIPAA.
