Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology, in partnership with Ethos, seeks experienced training managers to design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows. This remote, flexible role requires ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.

Applicants should have 4+ years designing corporate training and be skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curricula, tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, rubrics)
• Develop and maintain engaging training materials and resources for knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
