Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, structured docs for a modern cross‑border payments platform. You will document APIs, data models and integration flows for developers and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers and support to ensure accuracy, maintain information architecture, and deliver how‑to guides, release notes and FAQs for internal and external users.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience as a technical writer or similar role.
• Experience documenting software platforms, APIs and complex products.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, concise content.
• Document REST APIs, data models and integration guides.
• Create release notes, how‑to guides and FAQs.
• Strong information architecture and reuse.
• Hands‑on with Markdown, Confluence, Notion or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and support teams.
• Bonus: fintech/payments, cross‑border transfers, ISO 20022 or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities
