Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a part-time UI Designer to shape the look and feel of our web applications and internal tools. The role focuses on UI design, design system evolution, and supporting implementation with the front-end team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in UI/product design for web apps, a strong portfolio, and expert Figma skills. Remote-friendly, with preference for UAE-based (Dubai) candidates who can collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UI or product designer for web apps/dashboards.
• Strong portfolio with clean, modern interfaces, preferably B2B or data-heavy products.
• Experience creating design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
• Expert Figma user (components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping, shared libraries).
• Proficiency with other tools (Sketch, XD or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the look and feel of our web applications and internal tools.
• Evolve and maintain design systems and components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers.
• Translate business and user requirements into high-fidelity mockups and design specs.
