Job summary

Week-end Juridique seeks a Senior Structural Health Monitoring Specialist to lead data-driven assessment and monitoring of bridges, buildings, tunnels, and industrial assets. You will analyze SHM data, review sensor layouts, and provide recommendations to improve safety and service life.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with engineering teams and asset operators, with a focus on vibration analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance across international infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Significant experience in structural health monitoring and infrastructure assessment.
Strong knowledge of structural dynamics and sensor-based data interpretation.
Experience with vibration analysis, modal identification, and trend analysis.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with standards like Eurocodes/ISO relevant to SHM.

Responsibilities

Develop and review SHM strategies for various infrastructures.
Analyze sensor data from strain gauges, accelerometers, and displacement sensors.
Evaluate structural behavior under static/dynamic loading using monitoring data.
Interpret vibration measurements, modal frequencies, and damping.
Prepare technical reports and monitoring summaries for stakeholders.
Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams and asset managers.
