Job summary

Planet in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Satellite Constellation Manager to lead multi-year CxS programs valued at over $100M across the MENA region. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-orbit health of Pelican satellites, and align delivery with the customer and Planet’s roadmap.

You’ll hire and guide teams, drive execution across engineering, operations, product, and commercial functions, and travel as needed to partner offices in California and Germany, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in space systems development, management or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional working English.
• Deep expertise in LEO satellite operations and design.
• Willingness to travel within MENA and to US/Europe offices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the directly responsible individual on overall program success.
• Bridge contract execution in the region and integrate customer needs.
• Deliver on program requirements with credibility and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and product.
• Balance execution risk across engineering, launch, and operations.
