Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications is required.
• Extensive 12-15 years in Satellite/telecoms.
• Experience with RF systems and military Satcom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and integration for large-scale satellite programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical and business goals.
• Ensure smooth handover to O&M with documentation and training.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
