Job summary

Planet seeks a Customer Success Manager for Civil Government to manage and expand relationships across public sector entities in EMEA. You will maximize value from Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring integration into critical workflows for environmental monitoring, emergency response, and land management.

The role requires experience with government customers, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or related role, preferably with government clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own gross and net retention metrics across your book of business.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to define unified strategies.
• Map long-term account trajectories to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Co-create success plans and QBRs to demonstrate ROI of Planet solutions.
• Build relationships across complex stakeholder networks to enable advocacy.
• Lead cross-functional teams through key milestones and execution.
