Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced product leader to drive regional growth, shape product strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders. You will translate market insights into actionable requirements and manage growth initiatives in a fast-paced crypto environment.

The role requires 7+ years in product/strategy roles, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product, operations, strategy, or a related function.
Crypto/Web3 industry experience is required; trading product experience is a strong plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and regulators.
Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and translate insights for product and technical teams.
Lead business requirements and support strategic regional projects.
Define product requirements from user feedback and data analysis.
Coordinate with marketing, development, and regulatory teams for market expansion.
Track market trends, competitive dynamics, and user needs for growth opportunities.
Act as the eyes and ears of the company in the market for regional product roadmaps.
