You will mentor juniors, collaborate with the team, and communicate findings clearly to clients. The role offers a flexible mix of office-based work, remote work, and client-site engagements, with significant growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial modelling/advisory
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• Experience leading junior team members and client interactions
• Ability to translate complex model results for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead model audit assignments ensuring arithmetical and commercial accuracy
• Identify modelling errors using software checks and parallel development
• Review commercial documentation and reflect it accurately in models
• Own assignments and drive high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to modelling methodologies and tools for continuous improvement
• Prepare comprehensive model documentation of assumptions, methods, and results
• Maintain records of modelling processes for consistency
• Assist in project planning, timelines and resource allocation
• Train and manage junior team members on assignments
• Communicate model findings effectively to clients and internal teams
• Support client pitches and relationship-building
