Job summary

Gridlines is seeking an experienced model audit professional in Dubai to join a rapidly expanding financial modelling consultancy. You will analyse and review complex models, ensuring they are robust and reliable, while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will work to identify modelling errors, contribute to methodologies, and prepare detailed documentation. The role offers flexible arrangements and opportunities for professional growth within a leading advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis role.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts.
• Understanding of Project Finance concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel modelling experience.
• Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate accounting/finance beneficial.
• Experience with FAST financial modeling standard desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support financial model audit assignments with accuracy and standards.
• Identify modelling errors using software checks and parallel development.
• Own assignments and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and improve financial modelling methodologies and tools.
• Prepare comprehensive model documentation of assumptions, methods, results.
• Maintain records of modelling processes and methodologies.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with team, communicate findings to clients.
• Explain model findings to non-technical stakeholders.
