Jobgether is seeking a Senior ML Engineer - Email Security to work remotely within the United Arab Emirates. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle for email threat detection, from data preparation to production releases, and collaborate with an engineering partner to modernize a filtering pipeline.

You will train and deploy transformer-based models, implement a Go-based inference engine, and optimize performance for CPU deployments while maintaining high detection quality and low false

Competenze

• 5+ years of production detection or classification experience with high false-positive impact.
• End-to-end ML ownership from corpus to release decisions.
• Hands-on transformer training with PyTorch and CPU inference.
• Strong Linux, shell scripting and Python capabilities.
• Proficiency in English written communication (B2+).
• Ability to balance detection effectiveness with false positives.

Mansioni

• Train, evaluate and release spam-detection models with robust corpora and thresholds.
• Develop production email-filtering components in Go, including inference services.
• Investigate incidents and improve models via data or rules.
• Optimize detection rates while reducing false positives.
• Maintain training infrastructure and corpus tooling for experiments.
• Review classifier, rule and model changes to ensure quality.
• Explain model scoring and provide guidance to partner engineers.
• Write technical specifications and post-mortems to support collaboration.
• Deliver milestones, shipping a rule-model release in month one and staging components by month three.
