The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate model accuracy, reliability, scalability, and potential bias.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience working with datasets, experimentation, and model performance optimization.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Git, and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or MLOps workflows is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and collaborate with distributed teams.
