Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) seeks an experienced professional to drive infrastructure strategy, architecture and planning for major banking transformations in the UAE. You will shape deployment roadmaps, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and coordinate across data centres, cloud and vendor teams.

The role emphasizes resilience, security, capacity management and production readiness, with a hybrid/remote-friendly setup and opportunities for growth within ADCB's GBS function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Relevant cloud, security, and enterprise architecture certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure strategy, deployment architecture and delivery roadmap for Core Banking Transformation.
• Own sizing, capacity forecasting and environment readiness across environments.
• Lead database, network, cloud enablement and landing-zone governance.
• Define high availability, DR, and resilience arrangements for critical services.
• Lead performance engineering and handover to production operations.
