Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud for real estate clients.

You will design scalable solutions, lead technical teams, and oversee integrations with ERP, payment gateways, and property management systems while ensuring security, performance, and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce design, development, and implementation across Clouds.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
• Design customer, broker, and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
• Develop and manage integrations with ERP, payments, and PM systems.
• Lead technical teams and enforce best practices and standards.
• Support data migration, deployments, testing, and releases.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability.
