Talents Of Endearment is seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst Manager to lead a team of 3–5 analysts and drive data‑driven decision making for a multi‑billion dollar wholesale operation. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Planning to optimize revenue growth and sales productivity through robust reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of business analysts.
• Strong data analysis and reporting for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3 to 5 business analysts.
• Aid cross‑functional alignment to drive cohesive efforts for sales, finance and planning.
• Partner with customer service to assist in day‑to‑day requests and issue root cause analysis.
• Provide high‑level weekly revenue analysis to Sales and Finance.
• Enable reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in monthly business planning meetings with Sales, Demand Planning and Finance.
• Identify gaps and propose actionable recommendations for the channel.
• Gather and analyze channel data to drive revenue opportunities.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Ops to hit quarterly targets.
