Job summary

Nameless Ventures is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Data Platforms & Infrastructure team in a fully remote capacity. You will own requirements, refine backlogs, and translate business needs into clear technical work across Data & AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of technical BA experience, strong API/ETL knowledge, and a product-first mindset. The role offers a discretionary annual bonus and a 30-day annual leave policy.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience turning business needs into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of APIs, streaming data concepts, and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and turn requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Run refinement sessions with engineers and keep the backlog groomed and prioritised.
• Work closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams on scope, dependencies, and technical interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into technical detail and technical constraints.
• Track delivery and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, trade-offs, priorities, and timelines.
• Support the team’s planning and prioritisation.
• Contribute to wider Data & AI initiatives across governance and data quality.
