Job summary

Binance in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to own indirect sourcing across professional services, marketing, HR, legal, and more. You will manage vendor onboarding, RFP/RFQ processes, and ongoing performance reviews in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will lead negotiations on price, timing, SLAs, and contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with global teams. A strong focus on process optimization and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.
• 5–8 years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience with S2P processes and vendor assessments is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation, VDD review, documentation, and regular compliance checks.
• Assist with daily procurement operations across indirect categories (marketing, HR, professional services, legal, etc.).
• Manage vendor lifecycle: RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, assessment, performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations on price, quantity, delivery, SLAs, and contract follow-up.
• Support knowledge sharing and training to strengthen procurement compliance.
• Contribute to process optimization for efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Support data analysis, invoice validation, and procurement documentation tracking.
