Job summary

Binance in Dubai seeks a Senior Legal Operations Executive to streamline contracts, vendor spend, billing, and the systems behind them. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement and engineering to improve processes and drive automation.

The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in legal operations, experience handling high volumes of payments and documents, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations or related role.

Responsibilities

• Contracts. Own the contract execution and filing process end to end.
• Budget and billing. Oversee payment requests and invoice review, work with Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Vendors. Manage vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration, and enforce guidelines with law firms.
• Systems. Manage the relationship with matter management and e-signature platform vendors, oversee integrations and configurations.
• Process improvement and automation. Identify manual processes, design more efficient ways of working, and drive automation.
• Documentation. Keep process documentation up to date.
