Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced plant managers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across workflows such as production capacity models, BOM packages, root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance schedules, and quality control checklists.

This flexible, remote engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, focusing on precise, high-quality craftsmanship and written communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations experience with ownership of production planning, BOM packages, or quality control.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards in regulated environments.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (production capacity models, BOM packages, quality reports).
• Drive improvements to AI outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency with real-world processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI tasks with operational goals and compliance requirements.
