You will collaborate across Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Brand, Legal, Finance, and Data to design scalable GTM programs, set KPIs, and measure impact. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, or partnerships with demonstrated outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building and managing marketing partnerships that drive measurable growth.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution excellence from strategy to launch.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Analytical rigor with KPI setting and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a global partnerships growth marketing strategy aligned to Growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities.
• Own partner GTM planning: value propositions, campaigns, launches.
• Lead end-to-end execution of partner campaigns across channels.
• Define KPIs and report performance metrics.
• Build scalable operational processes for campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Data.
• Contribute to building long-term partnerships capability and leadership.
