Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a part-time, remote Technical Product Owner to guide the evolution of digital tools and platforms supporting education and IT programs. You will translate needs into clear requirements, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with educators and technical teams to ensure user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering feedback, defining user stories, coordinating with development and support teams, monitoring performance, and documenting features

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and inform prioritization.
• Effective communication with educators, technical teams, and stakeholders and to document requirements and product updates clearly.
• Technical support and troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues with digital tools and platforms.
• Sales-related stakeholder engagement to advocate for product improvements and secure buy-in for new features or initiatives.
• Experience in product ownership or product management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Background in education technology or working with academic institutions is advantageous.
