Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in order processing, logistics, or customer support.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment workflows, and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing from receipt through fulfillment and completion.
• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, availability, and required information.
• Enter and maintain accurate order, customer, product, and transaction data.
• Monitor order status, fulfillment progress, delivery timelines, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
• Communicate order updates, delays, and changes to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve routine order discrepancies and processing issues.
• Maintain organized order records, reports, and transaction histories.
