HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Remote IT Technician to provide expert remote support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will diagnose problems, install and configure software, and maintain security and performance of IT systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams to implement upgrades and ensure end-user productivity in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of IT support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and network protocols.
• Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT management platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; effective communication with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure reliability and security.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and management of devices such as computers, printers, and mobile devices.
