Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a proactive Inventory Coordinator to support stock monitoring, records, replenishment, and control activities in a fully remote, part-time capacity. You will help ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, and fulfillment teams on international inventory operations.

The role offers flexible hours, exposure to e-commerce and supply chain initiatives, and opportunities to contribute to inventory optimization projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, business, operations.
• 3+ years in inventory, stock control, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and replenishment.
• Familiarity with ERP, e-commerce, spreadsheets, reporting, and productivity tools.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Independent, proactive, and reliable in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, availability, and replenishment requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across systems and documents.
• Review stock data to identify discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, and unusual movements.
• Coordinate updates with procurement, logistics, warehouse, sales, and operations.
• Support stock reconciliation, adjustments, and periodic reviews.
• Prepare inventory reports and performance updates for stakeholders.
• Document inventory control activities and improve processes.
