Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to manage orders from receipt to fulfillment in a fully remote, part-time role. You will maintain accurate order data, monitor progress, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.

This mid-level to senior position offers exposure to international e-commerce and logistics, cross-functional collaboration with sales, inventory, procurement, and finance, and a focus on accuracy, proactive issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in order management, order processing, operations, e-commerce, logistics, or customer support preferred.
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, fulfillment workflows, and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from receipt through fulfillment and completion.
• Review orders for accuracy, product availability, pricing, customer details, and required information.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate order and customer information.
• Monitor order status, fulfillment progress, delivery timelines, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, procurement, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
