You will guide B2C customers through the purchase journey, respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships while meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Sales and/or Customer Service environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Influenced by emotional drivers and requiring seamless decision-making.
• Long-term customer relationship approach.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalized remote shopping experience through phone, chat, email and digital tools.
• Be the first contact for B2C clients; help them choose wellbeing solutions.
• Guide customers through the purchase journey and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to marketing leads and build long-term relationships.
• Manage CRM data and provide market feedback.
• Support omnichannel strategy and ensure customer satisfaction from contact to delivery.
