Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Medical Representative to promote assigned products in the territory and achieve daily field activity targets. The role requires maintaining CRM records, planning schedules, and reporting regularly while complying with SOPs and regulatory standards.

The candidate should have a pharmacy or veterinary degree with 3–4 years of industry experience and strong knowledge of Qatar hospital sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative with a leading pharmaceutical organization in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the private and government hospital sectors in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote assigned products in the territory by achieving daily face-to-face calls.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Implement territory coverage plans and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Maintain records of daily visit reports, market feedback reports, and updated customer database in the CRM.
• Plan work schedules daily, weekly, and monthly timetables in CRM.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure CRM reporting compliance.
• Ensure knowledge is updated and build desired skills and competencies.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Company's Compliance Policies, Qatar regulations, and ethical standards across all healthcare professional interactions and promotional activities as per SOPs.
• Monitor competitors' sales and marketing activities and submit reports.
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data in the related therapy area and effectively present and discuss this information with healthcare professionals.
