Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the MEA region to serve as a trusted advisor to industrial clients throughout their Dragos journey. You will drive adoption, ensure satisfaction, and align Dragos solutions with customers’ operational and security goals.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage renewals, and conduct regular business reviews while traveling up to 30% to build strong relationships across the MEA region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), OT security, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with MEA clients and understanding regional business practices and cultures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and across time zones in a remote-first environment.
• Multilingual candidates, particularly Arabic, English and French, are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers in the MEA region.
• Drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.
• Define success criteria with customers and help them achieve measurable outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess value realization and expansion opportunities.
• Relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Manage renewals and support retention efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support for a seamless experience.
• Travel across the MEA region to build relationships (up to 30%).
• Monitor customer health metrics and take action to ensure account stability.
• Develop and execute at-risk account recovery plans.
