Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is hiring a L2 Onsite Support Specialist for a fully remote, part-time role in education technology. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting of Student Information Systems, databases, integrations, and APIs, with strong SQL and incident investigation experience.

You will collaborate with developers and end users to ensure high-quality support. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in application support and excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 4+ years in application or software support, L2 or similar.
• Experience with SIS or enterprise教育 technology applications.
• Good SQL querying skills and database troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for SIS and education tech apps.
• Investigate incidents incl. application, DB, integration, and system issues.
• Run SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.
• Identify root causes and propose long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with customers, end users, and dev teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and pre-empt potential system problems.
• Manage integrations, APIs, data sync, and related processes.
• Triage and escalate complex issues with detailed analysis.
