We are hiring a Software Engineer in QA Automation who writes reliable Python and JavaScript tests, designs test plans, collaborates across teams, and helps implement scalable automation and CI/CD pipelines in a remote UAE-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer in Python.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with test-first approaches and TDD.
• Experience with test design patterns and scalable test solutions.
• Knowledge of SOLID and clean code practices.
• Hands-on with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Cypress.
• Experience with web app integration, end-to-end, and automated tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline or Travis.
• Minimum B2 level English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test automation scripts for web applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to design integration tests for new features.
• Contribute to QA processes, tools, and supporting technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Identify process improvements and root causes to recommend solutions.
