Qualifications

• 3+ years in telecommunications engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in VoIP, SIP and PSTN protocols/techniques.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, routing and switching.
• Experience with telecom hardware (routers, switches, gateways).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
