Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, strong OS and networking knowledge, and experience with remote support tools and ITSM processes. The role emphasizes clear communication and timely assistance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in IT support, service desk, or help desk roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware, OS, networking, and software applications.
• Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and ITSM practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
