Seven wealth e resources is seeking an IT Sales / Business Development Associate to identify and bring in new clients for software development and IT services. The role is commission-based and suited for freelancers or professionals with an existing network who can generate qualified software development leads.

The position offers remote work with no fixed hours, and the ability to collaborate with our technical and delivery teams on proposals, while aiming for long-term partnerships and repeat

Qualifications

• Experience in IT sales or software sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing client connections or professional network in IT/business sectors.
• Ability to independently identify and approach potential clients.
• Understanding of software development services and business requirements.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with a commission-based model.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients requiring software development and IT solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach and other channels.
• Coordinate with our team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
• Facilitate communication between the client and our technical/business team.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and support negotiations to close.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
