Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking an Allocation Assistant/Coordinator for a part-time, fully remote role based in the United Arab Emirates. You will support inventory distribution, allocation planning, and operational reporting across stores, warehouses, and sales channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inventory allocation and strong Excel skills, with a preference for a SCM-related degree. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and opportunities to influence inventory optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM/Logistics/Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory allocation, merchandise planning, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock allocation and replenishment.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and planning systems.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory and product allocation across stores, warehouses, customers, or distribution channels.
• Review inventory levels, sales data, demand information, stock availability, and allocation requirements.
• Assist with allocating products based on demand, availability, sales performance, priorities, and business requirements.
• Coordinate stock transfers, replenishment requests, product movements, and allocation adjustments.
• Maintain allocation records, inventory trackers, and distribution documentation.
• Monitor stock availability and identify shortages, excess inventory, or distribution issues.
• Prepare allocation reports, inventory summaries, and performance updates.
• Assist with new product launches, seasonal allocations, and promotional requirements.
• Investigate allocation discrepancies and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory utilization and distribution efficiency.
