Job summary

Lever, Inc. in United Arab Emirates seeks a Customer Growth Specialist to own retention and expansion for a small video-business cohort. You will design scalable coaching programs, analyze customer data to spot at-risk accounts, and drive revenue through practical growth decisions and coaching at scale.

You will build playbooks, run group sessions, and work across product and success teams in a remote, global environment, with ownership of outcomes and a flexible compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in coaching, consulting, customer success or related field with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience helping online businesses grow revenue and retention.
• Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations and actions.
• Strong live facilitation skills for group sessions, workshops, webinars or 1:1s.

Responsibilities

• Own gross revenue retention and expansion for an assigned segment.
• Identify churn risks and scalable coaching approaches to address them.
• Design and deliver group coaching, cohorts, workshops, webinars and async coaching.
• Advise on pricing, packaging, positioning, offers, email and funnel strategy.
• Monitor cohort behavior and retention, analyze performance, and iterate.
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes for scalable growth programs.
• Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience.
• Use AI tools to support research, prep, analysis, and resource creation.
