Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will manage live campaigns directly, not oversee an agency at arm's length.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC management in fintech or regulated financial services.
• Deep Google Ads experience with performance-focused campaigns.
• Comfort with multi-market budgeting and cross-border campaigns.
• Fluent English; additional Asia-language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Asia and Australia.
• Extend into paid social to support regional media mix when possible.
• Manage budget pacing and reallocations across markets.
• Meet ROAS and CPA targets for first-time deposits.
• Run structured A/B tests and report results with before/after evidence.
• Monitor iOS attribution constraints and regional licensing considerations.
• Localise strategies to market nuances and regulatory regimes.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and compliance teams on sign-offs.
