CXG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Global People Team on a remote, 5-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across CXG’s global offices and oversee mobility and related initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will manage sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers and external vendors to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition in international or fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple regions and levels.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems.
• Autonomy and ownership to drive end-to-end processes.
• Ability to handle multiple global searches under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across CXG’s offices worldwide.
• Oversee global mobility processes and relocation guidance.
• Support ATS migration, data transfer, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize processes.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards for recruitment metrics.
