Job summary

Guild & Craft Event Organizing LLC is seeking a Sales/Operations Executive for a 3-month paid internship with commissions, transitioning to a full-time role. The position is 100% remote for UAE residents; internship visa options supported upon full-time transition.

You will coordinate client inquiries, manage staff, and handle invoices while using AI tools to improve efficiency. The role requires English proficiency, Arabic is a plus, and 1–2 years in ops/sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written & spoken). Arabic is a strong advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inquiries from clients and respond promptly and professionally.
• Prepare inquiries and estimates and generate invoices.
• Shortlist suitable staff and draft job proposals; confirm bookings.
• Coordinate with staff before, during and after events to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain CRM records and expand the staff database across GCC cities.
• Reach out to prospects via email, WhatsApp, and calls to present services.
• Other duties as assigned.
