Hypemasters, a fast-growing game studio, is seeking a Game Designer who can own both design and live ops for our mobile and PC titles. This is a hands-on role blending design craft with live content, events, and ideas that keep players engaged.

You will shape systems, create docs, plan events, and work with art, engineering, analytics, and marketing to ship polished features and a thriving live game experience for a CET-friendly remote team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in game design or product design in mobile gaming.
• Hands-on live operations experience managing live content.
• Excellent command of English; strong cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with Unity and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own design and development of new game mechanics and features from concept to implementation.
• Create design docs, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Plan and deliver live events, promotions, and content to boost engagement.
• Manage the live content calendar balancing player experience with business goals.
• Collaborate with art, engineering, production, analytics, and marketing.
• Conduct player research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Contribute to product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
