Qualifications

• Proven standalone bookkeeping or full-charge accounting experience.
• Experience with Workamajig or similar project-based accounting software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Maintain financial entries and documentation using Workamajig.
• Perform routine bank and account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Prepare routine financial reports, assist with budgeting, provide insights to owner.
