Job summary

Binance is hiring an experienced Compliance/Audit Program Manager to coordinate internal and external audit engagements for ADGM compliance. You will track regulator-identified actions to resolution, validate closures, and ensure regulatory expectations are met across ADGM and Central Compliance teams.

You will work with Compliance Leaders, Audit, Legal and Product across locations, maintaining a standardized issue management framework while delivering clear, actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compliance, audit or regulatory exam management.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, policies, standards and procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization with teams across locations.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills.
• Strong project management and ability to create external-facing material with stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative team player with conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized and capable of handling complex projects.
• BA degree or international equivalent.
• Experience in crypto/fintech and ADGM regulatory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support closure of regulatory exams and external audits using subject matter expertise in financial crime frameworks and audit processes.
• Foster strong relationships with Central Compliance to ensure effective engagement and delivery of outsourced compliance items.
• Follow a standardized exam and audit issue management framework with transparent progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Track resolution of regulatory exams and audits to present Binance entities in a compliant manner.
• Perform closure validation on actions proposed as closed by teams to ensure alignment with identified gaps.
• Assist with special projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
