Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior leader for the CMAT team to design and operate Binance ADGM's independent, risk-based compliance monitoring and assurance programme. The role ensures AML/CFT, market conduct, client-asset safeguarding, and prudential controls are effective and compliant with FSRA rulebooks and UAE requirements.

You will own the CMAP, perform control testing, drive remediation, present board-ready findings, mentor the team, and collaborate with Internal Audit, regulators, and risk

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in compliance, assurance, internal audit, or regulatory supervision within financial services.
• 3+ years leading teams or workstreams in a second-line or audit function.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM FSRA rulebooks and UAE AML/CFT landscape; other jurisdictions are a plus.
• Proven track record designing and executing risk-based compliance monitoring/testing programmes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a risk-based CMAP aligned to FSRA priorities.
• Design and execute control testing across AML/CFT, sanctions, market abuse, and client-asset safeguarding.
• Apply full-cycle assurance methodology from scoping to closure validation and remediation tracking.
• Present monitoring results to risk committees, compliance committees, and the Board.
