Job summary

Sarwa Digital Wealth Limited is seeking a Marketing Associate to own the content calendar and publish across channels, helping product launches, campaigns and partnerships run smoothly. You will ideate and write, with room to experiment with content.

The role focuses on coordinating multi-channel communications, QA, and performance reporting while evolving marketing operations for a remote-first team with an Abu Dhabi office available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to keep many moving pieces on schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail in written and visual content.
• Clear, natural writing in English.
• Interest in investing and money behavior.
• Comfort with marketing tools (email/CRM, scheduling, analytics, CMS, project boards).
• Calm, direct communication with cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow with more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Run the marketing board and track social content and campaigns from brief to launch.
• Support product launches end to end with full launch comms assets.
• Execute campaigns: emails, in-app flows, landing pages, and QA.
• Publish and schedule content across social, email, app, and newsletters.
• Manage the compliance workflow for reviews and sign-off.
• Support partnerships, creator collaborations, webinars and events.
• Assist shoots with script prep and schedules.
• Own the daily newsletter and push notifications.
• Report on channel performance and extract insights.
