Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced event coordinators to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs across workflows such as property listings, lease abstracts and event run-of-show materials.

Qualifications

• Experience producing property listing packages, lease abstracts, or venue sourcing proposals in real estate, hospitality, or events.
• Hands-on with event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and guest experience standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities
