Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced event coordinators to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs across workflows such as property listings, lease abstracts and event run-of-show materials.

We're looking for event coordinators with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
