Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market and build a regional team to deploy our voice AI technology for strategic customers. You’ll own end‑to‑end execution, hire needed staff, win initial customers, and drive measurable impact in collaboration with our engineers and executives.

You will engage with C‑suite stakeholders, lead cross‑functional efforts, and design bespoke integrations while expanding ElevenLabs across industries and regions.

Qualifications

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to influence C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
• People Leadership: Hire, develop and manage high‑performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for complex concepts.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and applications.
• Strategic and Commercial Awareness: align technical strategy with business goals.
• Nice to have: Partner Ecosystem Development with SI/reseller relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers in the region.
• Identify use cases through customer problems and implement our voice and audio AI tech.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our models to maximize impact.
• Present results and future work proposals to technical and C‑suite audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
