Job summary

Binance is building a suite of tokenized equity capital markets products and seeks a Research Analyst to shape products from inception to launch. You will support the full product lifecycle, conduct due diligence, build models, and produce research and memos for decision-making in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

The role requires initiative, ownership, and a strong background in equity capital markets, with familiarity or interest in digital assets and on-chain equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equity capital markets or investment banking experience.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets and public/private raises (IPOs, follow-ons).
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to build processes.
• Attention to detail and sound commercial judgment under deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or willingness to learn on-chain equity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties, presenting findings in clear, decision-ready formats.
• Perform fundamental analysis and build commercial and financial models to evaluate product structures, pricing, allocation, deal economics, and profitability.
• Conduct competitor and market research across the capital markets landscape, benchmarking products, platforms, and market participants to inform positioning and strategy.
• Prepare internal committee memos, decision documents, and management presentations that translate complex analysis into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Track developments across the equity capital markets - pipeline, follow-on and related equity offerings, and broader market conditions - surfacing risks and opportunities proactively.
• Support the transaction and product lifecycle, taking ownership of workstreams from research through to execution.
