Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with an Australian organization to hire an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in the United Arab Emirates. This fully remote, six-month contract role focuses on transforming complex information into engaging digital learning experiences.

You will develop interactive content, collaborate with SMEs, and manage LMS/SCORM environments, ensuring quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications

• At least two years of instructional design or training experience.
• Hands-on experience building interactive multimedia with Articulate.
• Experience with an LMS and SCORM.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and content development skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS for minor edits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with SMEs.
• Familiarity with Moodle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning using Articulate.
• Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex information into engaging online learning.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts.
• Develop and manage LMS content for SCORM-compliant environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA for learning resources.
• Ensure materials meet standards, guidelines, copyright, and IP rules.
• Develop supporting resources and training for delivery.
• Support design, development, implementation, and handover of projects.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review programs and recommend instructional improvements.
• Stay updated on design practices and learning technology trends.
